Luxurious Lashes

Lashes frame your eyes. Beautiful lashes are just a few steps away if
you follow these fashion lash tips from this year's make-up artists.

 1. Replace your mascara every three months. Old and dry mascara is not
    only difficult to apply, it is dangerous to be putting near your
    eye.

 2. Twirl the mascara brush in it's case and don't pump the wand to coat
    it. Pumping only forces air into the formula causing it to dry-out
and get old quickly.
 
 3. Create the illusion of larger eyes by using an eyelash curler before
    you apply your mascara. Position lash curler on clean lashes and
    hold for 10 seconds on each eye.

 4. It's a question of L E N G T H. Try separate applications applied
    by running the mascara wand vertically over the tips of your lashes
    three times. Allow each coat to dry completely before applying
    another.
 
 5. Smoldering eyes. Avoid the lash tips. Concentrate on coating the
    lash base and then the topside getting as close to the roots as
    possible.

 6. Get Naked! For a fresh, clean, no smudge look. Natural lashes with
    a sleek, no make-up look call for clear mascara.
  
 7. Always comb lashes with an eyelash comb after application to
    separate any clumps. 

 8. Less mess. After you apply your mascara first, follow with a Q-tip
    dipped in foundation or concealer to clean up any unsightly smudges.

 9. Maximize the look. For lashes that can't be beat, apply at least 2
    coats, wiggling the wand from root-to-tips as you apply. This will
    separate the lashes and coat each lash thoroughly.

10. Eyeglass wearers beware. If your lenses make your eyes appear
    larger, opt for a thinner coat of mascara to lengthen and soften
    your lashes.
