TOP TEN TIPS for Picture-perfect Lips

  1. Pamper and prepare your lips with moisturizer and foundation.
Always use protective lip balm or zinc oxide whenever you go
out in the cold or sun.

 2. Chapped lips? Avoid frosted lipstick, it will only draw
attention to the problem. Try this: Once a week, apply
mayonnaise to your lips and leave it on for five minutes.
Dip a facecloth in hot water and gently caress your lips.
    flaky skin will disappear.

 3. Outline and define: Apply lipliner after putting on your lipstick.
It glides on easy and blends into your primary lip shade.

 4. Lips too full? Minimize them by applying liner in a medium shade
inside your true lipline and blend it into to a darker lipcolour.

 5. Crave fuller, poutier lips? Using a colour that blends well with
your lipstick, apply liner along the outer most edge of your own
lipline. Place a dot of foundation in the middle of your bottom
lip. Press your top and bottom lips together once or twice for
    instantaneous new fullness.

 6. Get Naked! For a fresh, clean, come kiss me look, try using
Prestige's "Naked" lipliner all over your lips, topped with
natural lipgloss instead of lipstick. The girl next door never
    looked so natural.

 7. Make it Matte: Extra pigments enrich the new matte lipstick
formulas. For extra matte complete with a waterproof lipstick
    liner.

 8. Personalize your colour: Different shades of lipliner blended with
your favourite lipstick will produce a whole new range of colours
    to mix, choose and use.

 9. Tool up: Avoid applying lipstick directly from the tube; always
use a sable hair brush for more control and better coverage.

10. Lip pencil sharpeners are not all created equal. The best boast
a finely honed rolled steel blade. Made in Germany is a sure sign.
